Kimberlee Deneice, Founder & Executive Director
Kimberlee Deneice is a leadership strategist, educator, facilitator, minister, and community builder with decades of experience developing people and creating spaces for growth.
Her experience spans education, ministry, nonprofit leadership, entrepreneurship, coaching, and organizational development—giving her a unique ability to connect people, ideas, and sectors around a shared purpose.
She founded The Flourishing Agency from a simple conviction: when we develop leaders, we strengthen the communities they influence.
