Flourish Forward is our multigenerational leadership development program designed to move leadership beyond learning and into action.
Youth and adults have opportunities to develop leadership skills through service
, collaboration, innovation, mentoring, and hands-on community projects.
By bringing generations together, Flourish Forward creates space for people to learn with and from one another. Adults bring experience, knowledge, mentorship, and perspective. Young people bring creativity, curiosity, fresh ideas, and a different view of what's possible.

FLOURISH FORWARD-NEXTGEN
Developing the next generation of leaders.
Flourish Forward – NextGen is the youth-focused experience within Flourish Forward, giving middle and high school students opportunities to learn leadership by doing leadership.
Through hands-on experiences, students build confidence, strengthen skills, explore ideas, solve problems, and create solutions.
NextGen Leadership Council
Students have opportunities to contribute their voices, collaborate with peers and adult leaders, help shape projects, and take active leadership roles.
Innovation Projects
Ongoing hack-a-thon-style challenges move students from idea to action as they identify opportunities, develop solutions, create projects, and experience what it takes to bring an idea to life.
